The names and contact information in the database are there only for researchers to be able to contact you if necessary, and for your convenience to associate dogs with people.

Additionally, your logon password is kept in a secure encrypted format. Even the database administrators cannot view your password. This is protection from anyone logging in as you and submitting information with your name.

To protect the integrity of the database, our computers do record the fact that you have logged into the site and if you have submitted information.
